Rotary Shears are used for automatic cutting of splitted hot ends (front and rear). They are also used at cooling bed to cut fixed length of finished bars. Their size ranges from 300 mm PCD to 500 mm PCD. They can be fixed and swivelling type rotary shears with pneumatic cylinder fitted for body swivel and shifting pipes. The power requirement is 5 H.P. to 20 H.P. The cutting blades are made up of Alloy Steel duly Heat Treated and Grounded and require minimum maintenance and down time.
