main girders of cranes on which lies the capacity of the cranes are
manufactures from tested steel plates, duly machined & fabricated /
welded with the best electrodes. We have the latest machines for
fabrication jobs. All the motors used are of slippering type, with
B-class insulation and of reputed make i.e. KIRLOSKAR / CROMPTON / GEC
etc. on which electromagnetic EHT brakes are used of tested quality.
Emergency control switch are also provided to avoid any chance of
mishap.
All movements of the crane are controlled
either in a cabin with master controllers or through a control pendent
which moves with the crane and is operated by a single person. All the
switches & starters are of International quality with full
warrantee. All the electricals used are of 440 Volts, AC supply of 50
Cycles, but can be altered to the needs of specific clients. Hosting is
equally important and Amar Machine Tools takes extra care in choosing
wire ropes & hooks. Tested wire ropes & hooks are used which
can withstand loads upto 200% of the capacity.
